The regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions held an auction to select a company that plans to acquire the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Commercial Sea Port.

According to the auction minutes, the auction was won by TOP-Offer LLC.

According to the YouControl service, TOP-Offer LLC was registered in December 2023, less than a year before the auction. The owner is Yevhen Bohuslavskyi from Kyiv. The company offered the fund UAH 108 million 120 thousand at a starting price of UAH 88 million 986.2 thousand.

The previously scheduled auction for the sale of the Belgorod-Dniester Commercial Sea Port in Odesa region did not take place.

In October, the State Property Fund put up for sale the single property complex of the state-owned enterprise Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Commercial Sea Port for the 12th time. The starting price of the lot was UAH 177 million 972.5 thousand.

The port includes:

In addition, in the event of privatization, the new owner is obliged to pay 20% VAT and repay the company's debts.

The facility is located on a territory of 64.4 hectares. The area of the port itself is 35,898.0 square meters.

On March 13, 2023, the State Property Fund of Ukraine successfully held an auction for the sale of the State Enterprise "Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Commercial Sea Port". The highest price of UAH 220.01 million was offered by Ukrdoninvest LLC. According to Youcontrol, the company belongs to Vitaliy Kropachov's Ukrdoninvest financial group, which specializes in energy, including coal mining and enrichment.

However, in May 2023, the State Property Fund announced a new auction on June 6, as Ukrdoninvest LLC, having won the previous tender, failed to pay for the port.

Earlier, Oksana Kiktenko, director of the Belgorod-Dniester Sea Port, said that the main reason why businesses are not interested in the property complex is the extremely negative state of the property and facilities that remain in the state.

According to her, today the approach channel has an actual depth of 1.9 meters, while the passport depth is 5.5 meters. For four years now , BDMTP has been negotiating with the state-owned Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) and has been "fighting" to restore the necessary depths to allow for the resumption of ship calls,

Before that, the State Property Fund canceled the 11th auction for the sale of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi seaport. The starting price for this auction was UAH 88 million 986 thousand 246.

The starting price in that auction was UAH 88 million 986 thousand 246, the same as in the previously canceled auction on September 16.
