Over the past week, local residents have been protesting the occupiers in Crimea.

This was reported by the press service of the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Thus, a resident of Feodosia spoke negatively about Russian security forces, occupation troops and the actions of the occupying country. The occupation administration detained him, and the case file was sent to the "court". Also, a 54-year-old resident of Sevastopol in one of the Internet messengers spoke negatively about the actions of the occupation forces. Russian security forces detained him and drew up an administrative report, and the case file was sent to the "court". The man faces up to five years in prison. The occupation administration also detained three residents of the peninsula, accusing them of preparing to blow up a pumping station.

It is noted that the activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement continue to resist the occupiers in Crimea, destroying Russian propaganda materials, spreading patriotic symbols in the occupied cities on the peninsula, in particular, by organizing an action on the occasion of the Day of the State Flag. On the Independence Day of Ukraine, activists in the cities of occupied Crimea raised Ukrainian national flags and painted them on buildings. Activists of the Crimean Fighting Seagulls movement also continue their activities aimed at exposing the identities of collaborators and Russian war criminals on the occupied peninsula. The "Evil Nymph" resistance movement continues to distribute patriotic inscriptions and stickers in the occupied territories, keep diaries and distribute a weekly newspaper that reveals the crimes of the occupiers and informs about the realities of life in the occupied territories. The activists also held actions to destroy Russian flags and other occupation symbols on the occasion of the National Flag Day and Independence Day of Ukraine.

It is also noted that the Mission continues to receive requests from Ukrainian citizens who want to leave Crimea because they cannot tolerate the occupation and total propaganda.
