The relevant information was published on the Prozorro platform.
The auction in the format of open bidding with special features was held on October 18. According to the YouControl service, Premiumstandardbud Construction Firm LLC was registered in 2019 in Kyiv. The owner is Andrii Hlazkov from Odesa.
It should be added that Dachnenka village council had previously signed a contract with the said company for the construction of a water supply system. At that time, Odesagrogaz LLC and Premiumstandardbud Construction Firm LLC were awarded contracts without competition, as no one else came to the open bidding. The Nashi Groshi publication accused the village council of inflated prices.
