A new outpatient clinic is to be built in one of the war-affected villages in Kherson Oblast. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025, and more than UAH 20 million has been allocated for the construction.

The Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Kherson Oblast has announced a tender for the construction of a new outpatient clinic in the village of Posad Pokrovske. The project is being implemented for budgetary funds, with an expected cost of UAH 21.9 million.
The tender involves the construction of an outpatient clinic building, including all the necessary stages: from land preparation to completion of construction and commissioning of the facility.
The bidders must also provide a bid security in the amount of UAH 109,980, which is 0.5% of the expected cost. The winner of the tender will also have to provide an electronic bank guarantee for the execution of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total cost of the work.
The auction is scheduled to start on April 18, 2025. Bids are currently being submitted. According to the terms of the tender, the works are to be completed by December 31, 2025.
In addition, a new Safety Center is planned to be built in the village of Posad Pokrovske, which will include a fire station, a police station, an emergency medical center, and an equipped shelter. Almost 38 million hryvnias have already been allocated from the budget for the project.
The Department of Territorial Development also announced a tender for the construction of a new general family medicine outpatient clinic in the village of Davydiv Brid, Beryslav district. The outpatient clinic building is to be equipped with doctors' offices, a treatment room, and a vaccination room. In addition, solar panels will be installed to provide electricity and a rainwater collection system for household needs.
