An exhibition of works by professional artists Iryna Belova and Danylo Rudyi titled "Creativity" opened at the Museum of Ukrainian Books, which is located in the Hrushevsky Odesa Regional Universal Scientific Library.

According to the artists themselves, the exhibition aims to remind us that creativity inspires and fills with meaning, helps to distract from the painful present.

Both artists are descendants, meaning that their parents are also artists, for example, Danylo's father, Volodymyr Rudoi, was a master of ceramics who was called the "Patriarch of Odesa Ceramics" among artists in Odesa, and he also painted. His mother, Valentyna Kovalenko, was a master of decorative and applied arts, making tapestries and watercolors, and their works are still in museums and collections in Ukraine and abroad. Her brother and his wife are also professional artists, members of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.

Iryna Belova's father, Borys Belov, is a master of decorative and applied arts, Honored Artist of Ukraine, and head of the Golden Sycamore section of the Odesa regional organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. His mother is a glass and crystal engraver. Their works are also exhibited in museums around the country and the world. Her sister is a member of the NUAU and her husband is also a creative artist, a member of the creative team of NUAU LLC.

Iryna Bielova works in various techniques of graphic arts: watercolors, pastels, computer graphics, and mixed media.

Daniil Rudoy creates works of art in decorative and monumental art, as well as in painting, graphics and small-scale sculpture.

From the first month of Russian aggression against Ukraine, in March 2022, Daniel and Iryna, with the support of the Odesa Regional Organization of the National Union of Artists, organized a charity art project in Odesa for the benefit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Life Goes On!".
