The fugitive MP from Odesa, Artem Dmytruk, elected from the Servant of the People party, was recently spotted in London, where he walked in Hyde Park with his family in a subdeacon's cassock.

This was reported by the Chesno Movement.

They noted that after Dmytruk left for the UK, he became an active participant in Kremlin propaganda, giving interviews to RT, where he spoke about "torture by the SBU" and "liquidation of activists." Such statements are clearly in line with Russian propaganda narratives.

Chesno has already added the former MP to the register of traitors for spreading Russian propaganda, participating in pro-Russian media shows, and supporting the UOC (MP), which is suspected of treason. In addition, he is involved in criminal proceedings for attacks on citizens and an attempted theft of weapons. Dmytruk is currently on the wanted list.

In the past, Dmytruk actively cooperated with Russian media and supported pro-Russian views in Ukraine. In 2024, he was expelled from a Verkhovna Rada committee after his attempts to illegally cross the border became known. In November 2024, law enforcement officials launched an investigation into the people who helped Dmytruk escape from Ukraine through Transnistria.

Dmytruk is known to have been involved in numerous scandals, including fights and provocative statements. In addition, in 2023, he became known for an attack on a man in the center of Kyiv. In 2022, Dmytruk also actively defended the interests of the UOC (MP) and opposed its ban due to ties with Russia.

Artem Dmytruk is a Member of Parliament of the IX convocation (since 2019), elected in constituency 133 (Odesa region). He is also an entrepreneur and professional athlete who ran the professional boxing federation of Odesa and the region.

In July 2024, he became a subdeacon of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate (UOC-MP).

In November last year, Artem Dmytruk joined those who wanted to preserve the Moscow Patriarchate in Ukraine. In October 2023, Artem Dmytruk was accused of beating a man in the capital.

In November 2021, Dmytruk was expelled from the Servant of the People faction.
