This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.

Mykolaivvodokanal, a municipal utility company, has announced a tender for the reconstruction of a Du-300 mm water supply network on Malko-Ternivska Street from Architect Starova Street to Heroiv Ukrayiny Avenue.

According to the tender documents, the subject of the procurement is the final construction works to be completed by May 31, 2025.

According to the tender documentation, this reconstruction is an important step in modernizing the city's infrastructure and ensuring a stable water supply for residents.

Mykolaiv also plans to reconstruct its water supply system in connection with the construction of a new district heating network. The reconstruction will cover sections of water supply networks on Pogranichna, Korabeliv and Marshal Vasilevsky streets. The main goal is to ensure uninterrupted and efficient water supply in this part of the city, taking into account the future installation of underground heating infrastructure.

And in Ochakiv, a large-scale reconstruction of water supply and sewage systems is planned, for which more than UAH 800 million is planned to be raised. The goal of this project is to restore and develop the community's life support infrastructure, taking into account the current and future needs of key consumers
