The White Business Club established by the Tax Service includes 468 companies in the South of Ukraine. In total, there are 7,997 companies, but not all of them meet the transparency criteria.

This is reported on the Opendatabot platform.

It is noted that the Club includes companies that must meet the requirements of transparency, pay taxes on time, submit financial statements and have no ties to Russia. However, according to analysts, at the time of the full-scale invasion, 24 companies on the list had Russian owners. Currently, none of these businesses have officially confirmed ties to Russia.

According to Opendatabot, the list includes companies associated with sanctioned persons or those that do not meet the established standards. For example, two companies belong to the Kozak brothers' group, which is linked to Viktor Medvedchuk. The list also includes businesses linked to Burisma Group, whose owner is listed in the Corruption Register. Additionally, the Club includes two companies belonging to the group of Yuriy Boyko, who is also under sanctions.

The analysis showed that 42% of the Club's companies earn between UAH 10 million and UAH 100 million a year, which is 3,300 companies. Another 177 businesses have annual revenues of more than UAH 1 billion. At the same time, 208 companies on the list did not submit financial statements for 2023, which makes it difficult to assess their financial condition.

Cities with the highest number of white businesses:

- Kyiv - 1,927 companies;

- Dnipro region - 794 companies;

- Kyiv region - 594 companies.

As for the South of Ukraine, most white business representatives are concentrated in Odesa region - 312 companies. Mykolaiv region has 143 companies registered. Kherson region closes the top three with only eight companies.

The sectoral analysis shows that 16% of companies (1,275 businesses) operate in the wholesale trade sector, and 14% (1,120 businesses) in agriculture. The real estate sector is represented by 675 companies (8.4%), building and grounds maintenance by 359 companies (4.5%), and the healthcare industry has 312 businesses (3.9%).
