Kherson City Council Spends ₴1.1M on Urban Development in 2024

In 2024, the Kherson City Planning Department spent hundreds of thousands of hryvnias from the budget. The expenses included repair of equipment, development of land documentation, purchase of equipment, software and office supplies.

In 2024, the Department of Urban Planning, Architecture and Land Resources of the Kherson City Council continued to spend budget funds on technical support, documentation and maintenance.

In particular, they decided to spend 30 thousand hryvnias on refilling and repairing cartridges, as well as servicing printers. The development of technical documentation for the normative monetary valuation of the land in Antonivka village cost UAH 250 thousand, and the land management project for the boundaries of the city community cost another UAH 460 thousand.

In addition, the department purchased laptops with an operating system worth over UAH 131 thousand, external hard drives worth almost UAH 31 thousand, and a speaker system and another disk worth UAH 3.3 thousand. Computer mice and laptop bags cost UAH 4.8 thousand.

About 99 thousand hryvnias were spent on fuel (A-95 gasoline), and more than 55 thousand on office supplies. Another 27 thousand was spent on software upgrades, and 15.5 thousand on staff development.

In total, the institution has already spent hundreds of thousands of hryvnias from the city budget on office equipment, software, stationery and documentation.

The Kherson Oblast Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service also began 2025 with large expenditures on major repairs to residential buildings damaged by shelling and road restoration. Since the beginning of the year, it has announced public procurement for more than UAH 2 billion.
