In Izmail, the Capital Construction Department of the City Council has started looking for a contractor to create a local automated warning system in the city.

An Intent correspondent reports this with reference to the public procurement website Prozorro.

The customer is ready to pay up to UAH 8 million 411 thousand for the work. This system consists of 19 base warning stations, a control panel for automated warning systems, a digital radio communication expansion module and one automated workstation.

Theauction is scheduled for November 28. The contractor is to complete the system by December 23, 2025.

As stated in the accompanying documentation, the local automated centralized warning system (LCWS) is an automated warning system designed to alert the population, senior officials of local executive authorities, local governments, and the on-call (dispatch) services of enterprises, institutions, and organizations in the community. The local automated centralized warning system provides for interaction with the relevant territorial automated centralized warning system and the relevant local, special and object warning systems.

The main power source of the system is the electrical network at the equipment installation sites. Uninterruptible power supplies with rechargeable batteries act as a backup power source.

The development and production of design and estimate documentation for the facility cost UAH 95.9 thousand. This was done by an entrepreneur from Irpin, Kyiv region, Kostiantyn Havrytskyi.

Meanwhile, the executive committee of the Izmail City Council approved further amendments to the Program for the urgent restoration of housing affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in Izmail.

The funding was increased due to the need to repair several more houses located at the following addresses: 49, Bahrianyi Street, building 2 (UAH 302.64 thousand); 10, Vidrodzhennia Street (UAH 405.05 thousand) and 54, Kateryna Bilokur Street (UAH 263.33 thousand).
