In Mykolaiv region, the prosecutor's office is demanding that the community return land that is part of a hydrological reserve. The land was transferred to private ownership.
This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
The Specialized Environmental Prosecutor's Office of Mykolaiv Oblast filed a lawsuit to remove obstacles to the use and disposal of this two-hectare area belonging to the Stepiv village council.
