This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

An online meeting was held as part of the Dialogue between Government and Business platform to discuss small-scale privatization of state property and the peculiarities of privatization during martial law.

Oleksandr Korolyov, Director of the Department of Economic Development and Regional Policy of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Inna Pankul, his deputy, and Oleh Sokol, Deputy Head of the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions, joined the dialogue. The meeting participants also received information on the results of the year 2024. A total of 28 small-scale privatization objects were offered at electronic auctions, of which 19 became the property of non-state owners.

Privatization proceeds amounted to UAH 37.6 million, which is almost 2.5 times more than in the previous year. In 2025, preparatory work for the sale of small-scale privatization objects in the region continues, and in the first quarter, 10 objects, including two single property complexes of state-owned enterprises, will be put up for electronic auction in Prozorro-Proda.

In February, a land plot in Mykolaiv region became the most expensive lot at a Land Bank auction. Three bidders actively competed for the right to sublease it, raising the starting price by 6.5 times. The winner offered UAH 2.1 million, setting a record price per hectare. Thanks to the agricultural sector auctions, the state budget received more than one hundred million hryvnias.
