"Mykolaivelectrotrans received an additional UAH 12 million in authorized capital, which will allow it to expand its range of services. The company plans to develop new areas, including infrastructure modernization and production of equipment for the defense forces.

The decision was made at a session of the Mykolaiv City Council.

According to the decision, Mykolaivelectrotrans has increased its authorized capital by UAH 12 million, which will significantly expand the range of services and boost the development of public transport. The authorized capital of the company will now exceed UAH 256 million.

The main purpose of this step is not only to modernize transport but also to strengthen the company's financial base for the implementation of new projects.

In particular, the company plans to expand its activities in several areas, including: organization of bus, trolleybus, and tram traffic on city and suburban routes, maintenance and repair of rolling stock. The company also provides freight transportation services, oversized cargo escort, and even the production of vehicles for the security and defense forces.

Considerable attention was also paid to the development of services for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of transport facilities. Thanks to this step, the company will be able to obtain additional financial resources for the implementation of new projects and infrastructure modernization.

This year, Mykolaivelectrotrans plans to launch two new trolleybus routes, build a new trolleybus line, and repair several tram crossings. Preparatory work has already begun: a control room is being set up and the necessary materials are being purchased.

In addition, thanks to the support of the Danish government, the city can receive funding for the purchase of nine more autonomous trolleybuses. Denmark has already allocated 3.9 million euros for the purchase of PTS trolleybuses. Six of them have already arrived in Mykolaiv, and three more are expected in the near future.

The company continues to be hit by Russian shelling, which has led to significant damage to transport and infrastructure. The total losses of Mykolaivelectrotrans exceeded UAH 180 million.
