The Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support commented on a video showing a conflict between the military and local residents in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa region, during which a man was thrown to the ground and his mouth was covered.

The video was published by a number of Telegram channels.

In the video, a group of women argue with the TCC soldiers, who pinned a man to the ground and covered his mouth.

According to the military, on March 22, in the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, a joint group of representatives of the National Police and the TCC and JV decided to check the military registration documents of a citizen while performing their duties.

In the course of identification, it turned out that the citizen was wanted for evading military duty.

"Instead of helping to establish the circumstances, he tried to escape twice, which led to an incident recorded on law enforcement body cameras. After explanatory work with the civilian population by representatives of the National Police of Ukraine, the citizen was taken by a police unit to the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi RTC and JV," the regional TCC wrote.

In early March, in Odesa, a civilian beat an employee of the Prymorskyi district CCC and JV during the verification of documents. While the soldiers of the Prymorskyi RTC and JV were checking military registration documents, one of the men suddenly became aggressive and inflicted bodily harm on the soldier. Later, a video was posted online in which the man described how the verbal conflict escalated into a fight and what happened next.

In January, Odesa journalist and writer Victoria Koltunova claimed that servicemen from one of the territorial centers for recruitment and social support grabbed her son on the street of Odesa, took him out of town, and severely beat him, demanding money.
