Odesa Region Procures ₴2.4M Land Management Project for Kuyalnytskyi Park

The Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Odesa Regional State Administration has conducted a procurement to select a company that will be paid to develop a land management project for the organization and establishment of the boundaries of the nature reserve fund.

The relevant announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

It concerns the Kuyalnytskyi National Nature Park. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions. The only bidder was Odesa Project Land Management Group, a limited liability company. According to YouControl, the company was registered in 2018. The owner is Tetiana Zemlianova. The company is ready to implement the necessary project for 2.4 million hryvnias.

Kuyalnytskyi National Nature Park. The territory of the new national park includes 10,801.2 hectares of land: 3,490.7 hectares provided to the national park for permanent use and 7,310.5 hectares that will be included in its territory without being seized from land users.

In 2022, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees establishing the Radzivil Forest, Kuyalnytskyy, and Kholodnyi Yar national nature parks.

In particular, the decree establishes the Kuyalnytskyi National Nature Park in the Berezivskyi and Odesa districts of Odesa region. On July 28, 2021, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to establish this national park.

In December 2019, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the draft law "On Declaring the Natural Territories of the Kuyalnytskyi Estuary in Odesa Region a Resort of National Importance".

"Kuyalnytskyi became the third National Nature Park in the Odesa region, along with Tuzly Estuaries and Lower Dniester Estuaries. In total, there are more than 100 natural complexes and objects of special environmental, scientific, aesthetic, recreational and other value in Odesa region.
