Two electronic auctions for the sale of seized agricultural land failed in Odesa district, with no bidders registering for the auction.
This is evidenced by data from the website of the state system Prozorro.Sale.
The first auction concerned a 3.86-hectare land plot located within the Prylymanske village council. The starting price of the lot was UAH 5.4 million. The auction was to be held on April 9 in the format of a three-round English auction. The customer was the Peresypskyi Department of the State Enforcement Service in Odesa.
Despite the possibility of selling even if there was only one bidder, no bids were submitted for the lot.
Another seized land plot, put up for sale for the second time by the Dobroslav Department of the State Enforcement Service, also failed to sell. It is 4.5 hectares on the territory of the Fontanska community, intended for commercial agricultural production. The starting price of the lot is UAH 5 million 210.2 thousand. However, this time the auction was not held due to the lack of bidders.
Since this is the second attempt at sale, a third one is possible in the near future, with a lower starting price.
Currently, both plots remain in state management. It is not yet known when and under what conditions they will be sold again.
Meanwhile, in early April, the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) managed to find a buyer for over 136 tons of fertilizers stored at the port of Izmail in Odesa region for the third time.
These fertilizers were put up for sale twice in the format of a three-round English auction - on March 10, they were tried to be sold with a starting price of UAH 2 million 906 thousand, and on March 21, with a halved starting price of UAH 1 million 453.1 thousand. But both times, there were no bidders. Then the fertilizers were put up for a hybrid Dutch auction and sold to the only bidder for UAH 871,877.
