Bicycle infrastructure in Ukraine is hardly developed, and Odesa is no exception.

Therefore, on April 15, Intent.Insight's live stream was devoted to the problems of cycling infrastructure development, both in Odesa and in Ukraine.

Why is there no development and what can be changed? Does Odesa have a chance to become an example for other cities? On April 15, Valeriy Bolgan, editor-in-chief of Intent, talked about all this with urbanist Arkadiy Shuplyakov on air. The broadcast started at 17:00 on the Intent Facebook page.

Every week, Intent.Insight looks at one issue that worries Ukrainians and raises topical questions and tries to solve specific problems.

On April 8, the world celebrates the International Roma Day, a holiday that aims to draw attention to the culture, history and problems of the Roma people, so this week's episode was dedicated to the problems of the Roma in Odesa region.

On April 1, Valeriy Bolgan talked to Ivan Stulnyk, a logistician at the emergency response department of the NGO "Tenth of April", about the problems of internally displaced persons.

The previous live broadcast on March 25 was devoted to vocational training in Odesa Oblast, and on March 18 they discussed Odesa's transportation problems and the launch of the MISTO digital platform.

On February 11, the conversation was devoted to the Odesa Archaeological Museum, which recently received equipment to create virtual models of valuable exhibits from the museum's collection and began creating 3D models of 60 exhibits. And how to protect the exhibits from the war.

The last event of January was held without a guest and was dedicated to the suspension of funding for all USAID programs in Ukraine for 90 days after the State Department ordered an audit of all international aid.

The last episode in 2024 was devoted to a discussion of possible elections in Ukraine in 2025. Valeriy Bolhan's interlocutor then was Anatoliy Boyko, head of the Odesa regional organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine.
