Crimean residents continue to tirelessly resist the Russian occupation, demonstrate their steadfastness, faith in de-occupation and in Ukraine. Thus, they destroy the narratives of Russian propaganda.

This was reported by the press service of the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

The strengthening of resistance is evidenced by new illegal administrative proceedings in the occupation courts of Crimea under the article on the so-called "discrediting the Russian Armed Forces". As of September 20, 2024, 979 cases of materials drawn up under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation were recorded in the so-called "courts" in the occupied Crimea and other bodies. In 875 of these cases, a decision was made to impose an administrative penalty in the form of a fine or to join the case to another case under another article and make a cumulative decision. In 17 cases, the materials are still being considered. In total, the aggregate amount of fines imposed has already amounted to at least RUB 26.4 million. In terms of gender, 377 (43%) decisions were issued against women, and 497 (57%) against men. In total, the total amount of fines imposed is already at least 26.4 million Russian rubles.

The post also states that the occupation "court" upheld the illegal arrest and fine of the deputy chief physician of the Simferopol Clinical Hospital, who was arrested for his pro-Ukrainian views and talk of the arrival of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. At the so-called "court", a collective letter from the hospital staff in support of the accused was demonstrated.

It is also noted that the activists of theATESH resistance movement continue to reconnoiter the military facilities of the occupiers, in particular, the activists recorded the transportation of missiles to the S-300 complexes, reconnoitered the military unit of radiochemical biological defense in Simferopol, the Black Sea Fleet arsenal in Sevastopol. In addition, the movement's activists recorded the intensification of fuel transportation after the attack on the oil depot in Feodosia. For their part, activists ofthe Yellow Ribbon movement continue to resist the occupiers in Crimea, destroying copies of propaganda materials and distributing patriotic symbols in the occupied cities of the peninsula, in particular in Sevastopol, Simferopol, Yalta and Yevpatoriya. The activists also congratulated pro-Ukrainian teachers from the temporarily occupied territories on Teacher's Day. Activists of the Crimean Fighting Seagulls continue to expose the personal data of collaborators and Russian war criminals in the occupied Crimea. The "Evil Nymph" resistance movement continues to keep its diaries, distribute a weekly newspaper revealing the crimes of the occupiers and patriotic symbols.
