The President of Ukraine condemned Russia's actions, calling it a terrorist method of warfare aimed at destroying civilian infrastructure and intimidating millions of people. According to him, such strikes are possible thanks to the Kremlin's financial resources, in particular, oil export revenues. He called on the international community to respond with a tough and massive response, emphasizing that only such a reaction can stop the aggressor.

U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink also responded to the morning's massive Russian attack. She said that the Russians were targeting energy systems, transportation networks and key facilities across Ukraine.
