Ukraine is trying to auction off a number of real estate properties in the temporarily occupied Crimea. These are non-residential premises that were previously used as bank branches. The lots were put up for sale by Prominvestbank PJSC.
The relevant announcements were published in the Prozorro.Sale system.
Six lots are up for auction:
The total initial value of all the objects is UAH 11.86 million.
Applications for participation in the auction can be submitted from April 25 to May 1, 2025. The auction will take place on May 2 in a three-round English auction, where participants will compete for the lot by raising bids in three rounds, each of which will last 3 minutes. The bankrupt bank's assets will be put up for sale again.
At the same time, it is worth noting that the auctioned properties are located in the territory temporarily occupied by Russia. There is currently no guarantee that potential buyers will be able to get actual access to the purchased buildings in the current conditions.
Earlier, Intent wrote that two electronic auctions for the sale of seized agricultural land failed in Odesa region - no bidders registered for the auction.
Meanwhile, in early April, the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) managed to find a buyer for more than 136 tons of fertilizers stored in the port of Izmail in Odesa region for the third time.
