The Security Service of Ukraine has served a notice of suspicion to Dmytro Holoborodko, a 41-year-old resident of Genichesk and former candidate for the Genichesk City Council, for cooperation with the Russian occupation administration.

According to Mr. Mist, according to the investigation, Holoborodko, being registered as an entrepreneur, carried out economic activities in cooperation with illegal authorities established in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region. In particular, he concluded and executed at least three contracts with the so-called Department of the Judicial Department in Kherson region and the Department of the Russian Ministry of Justice in Kherson region for 88 thousand rubles, 21 thousand rubles and 160 thousand rubles, respectively. The agreement provided for the repair of cars for the occupation authorities, and the financing was provided by the Russian budget.

Dmytro Holoborodko is charged with cooperation, which provides for liability for conducting business activities in cooperation with the aggressor state.

According to media reports, before the full-scale invasion, Holoborodko was registered as an individual entrepreneur with a type of activity "maintenance and repair of motor vehicles." In 2015, he ran for the Genichesk City Council from the now-banned pro-Russian Socialists party, but was not elected. In 2020, he again ran for the Genichesk City Council from another banned party, the Left Opposition, but this attempt was unsuccessful. According to Russian registries, in January 2023, Holoborodko registered as a private entrepreneur in Russia and now participates in tenders announced by illegal authorities.

Earlier, law enforcement officers identified three women who agreed in 2022 to head the occupation administration of the Kherson city community. Lyudmyla Husieva, Olena Ustymova and Svitlana Frolova were suspected of collaboration.

The SBU also exposed the activities of Oleksandra Pshenychna, the former starosta of Zaozerne village, who, after the occupation, collaborated with the enemy and ran an illegal administration. In addition, Oleksandr Filenko, the head of Radensk and Chelburda villages, was served with a notice of suspicion .
