- The Ukrainian national diving team was represented in five disciplines at the World Cup Super Final held in Beijing, China. Our representatives won medals in two of them.
- In the synchronized diving from the 10-meter tower, 19-year-old Oleksiy Sereda from Mykolaiv, together with his 15-year-old partner Mark Hrytsenko, finished third in the competition.
- In the team mix (3 and 10 meters), the Ukrainian team was second. In addition to Sereda, Kirill Bolyukh, Sofia Lyskun, and Ksenia Bailo from Mykolaiv won silver medals.
- In the individual competition, Oleksiy reached the final round with one of the best results in his career, but even this was not enough to win the third medal, the fourth place.

- Yulia Starodubtseva ended her competition at the WTA1000 tournament in Madrid at the 1/8 finals stage. The Ukrainian lost in two sets to the "neutral" seventh-ranked Mirra Andreeva. However, this performance allowed Kakhovka to move up 20 places in the world rankings - now she is eightieth. Elina Svitolina and Marta Kostiuk won their matches. It should be noted that Svitolina's game was postponed to another day due to a blackout in Spain.

- In the quarterfinals, Marta Kostiuk lost in two tiebreaks to the world number one, unflagged Arina Sobolenko, in an equal fight and not without a scandal . During the second tiebreak, it was raining, and at some point Sobolenko refused to serve the second serve. The umpire on the tower decided after the break... to replay the game from the first serve. It seems that everyone is equal before the rules, but some are more equal.
- In the semifinals, Svitolina, who had previously won the tournament in Rouen, lost to Sobolenko in two sets. This defeat broke one of the best winning streaks on clay courts in the history of women's tennis - Elina had won 11 matches in a row without dropping a single game.

- The Ukrainian national ice hockey team was one step away from joining the world's elite. The Ukrainians successfully played matches in rounds 2-4 (two wins in regular time and one in shootouts). In the last match against Japan, it was enough not to lose in regular time to reach the top division. But a poor performance in the second period led to a two-goal lead for the Japanese. In the third, we managed to win back only one. The result was third place and another year in Division IA.
