The head of the Odesa Regional Council, Hryhoriy Didenko, has ordered to convene deputies to a meeting of the twenty-seventh session of the regional council at
.

The relevant order was published on the regional council's website.

According to the order, the session will be held on June 6. The agenda has not yet been formed, so it looks like a list of blocks that will form the agenda for the day of the meeting:

  • On the activities of the regional council and its bodies.
  • Budget and finance.
  • Targeted programs, concepts and urban planning.
  • Objects of joint ownership of territorial communities of villages, towns, and cities of the region.
  • On land relations.
  • On the establishment, liquidation, change of name, approval of charters of municipal enterprises and institutions, amendments to them, and their activities.
  • Other issues within the competence of the regional council.
  • Appeals of deputies.
  • Deputies' inquiries.
  • Miscellaneous.

Among other things, the regional council has now received a draft decision to approve the List of Jointly Owned Objects of Territorial Communities of the Region to be Privatized and Privatize These Objects, which includes 23 objects.

The regional council's office has also registered a draft decision to abandon the name of Yurii Olesha, previously assigned to the Odesa Young Audience Theater named after Yurii Olesha. The theater is proposed to be called simply the Odesa Young Audience Theater.

The first session was held on February 28. The Odesa Regional Council supported an appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada to preserve the National University of Odesa Maritime Academy, and a scandal erupted during the consideration of the draft decision "Report on the Activities of the Head of the Odesa Regional Council for 2024."
