Recently, residents of Mykolaiv expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of water at free water supply points, where tanks remained empty throughout the day. In addition, problems arose with access to one of the points due to ice. Citizens noted that this was not the first time that there was no water at this point, it had been happening for several months.

They also appealed to the local authorities about the closed bomb shelter in the gymnasium during the alert, calling for unimpeded access to shelters for all citizens, especially in times of war. In addition, residents of the private sector again faced the problem of untimely household waste collection, and utilities refused to remove fallen leaves.
